Shane is currently the Chief Digital Officer at the Australian Skills Quality Authority. He has extensive experience in digital transformation, business operations modelling and service design across a number of government agencies and departments. This has seen Shane deliver a number of high-quality outcomes across the Australian Public Service and he is now applying his skills and experience to shape the regulatory environment, through digital enablement, across Australia’s Vocation Education and Training sector.

Complementing Shane’s over 12 years’ experience in digital leadership is his Master of Business Administration, majoring in Digital Transformation and postgraduate qualifications in leadership and public sector management.
