In this two-day, 16-hour workshop, participants will gain practical knowledge and tools to excel in quality auditing roles. Key learning areas include:
- Audit Preparation and Planning: Understand the scope, objectives, and strategies to develop comprehensive audit plans aligned with compliance requirements.
- Leading Quality Audits: Master the art of managing audit teams, conducting entry and exit meetings, and gathering evidence to assess compliance.
- Reporting Audit Outcomes: Develop detailed audit reports, negotiate corrective actions, and present findings to stakeholders with confidence.
Participants will also receive access to a comprehensive suite of online resources through our Learning Management System (LMS) from the day they register for the program. This access will remain available for three months, providing ongoing support and materials to reinforce learning.
