Lisa Bale is a highly experienced VET professional and currently serves as the Director of VET + Innovation at Future Skills Organisation (FSO). In this role, Lisa spearheads efforts to innovate and enhance VET across the finance, technology and business sectors.
At FSO, Lisa’s focus is on making vocational training a preferred pathway for those seeking skills in the evolving business landscape. Under her leadership, the VET + Innovation team is working closely with industry stakeholders, driving initiatives such as qualification reform, a review of ICT qualifications and digital training options to support learning and skill development while working, as well as training package improvements, all designed to enhance the accessibility and relevance of VET, while supporting Australian’s future workforce.
