Principal Applied Scientist on AI at Oracle

Mahdi is an expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), with a passion for transforming industries through innovative technologies. With over seven years of experience in AI and more than a decade in the IT and software sectors, he has specialised in developing AI-driven solutions that leverage natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics to enhance performance, efficiency, and safety across various fields.

Holding a PhD in AI/ ML, Mahdi has worked with diverse industries and government agencies to design AI solutions that improve safety, streamline operations, and deliver personalised applications tailored to unique challenges. 

Currently serving as a Principal Applied Scientist on AI at Oracle, Mahdi focuses on advancing AI technologies to optimise healthcare efficiency, enhance physician-patient interactions, and streamline internal communications within healthcare systems. His previous roles include impactful collaborations with top academic institutions and leading organisations in AI research and development.
